A:  In hyperthyroidism, beta-adrenergic stimulation is incriminated as a mechanism leading to tremor and probably also to chorea; indeed, both respond well to beta-blockers. 3.How will you differentiate swelling in diffuse and Multinodular Goitre?? A: If the thyroid gland enlarge diffusely, it is named diffuse goiter .
