1.What eye signs you’ll look in patient for graves disease??

A: Dry, gritty, red, or irritated eyes. Puffy eyelids.
2. What is the cause for fine tremors and fasiculations??
A: In hyperthyroidism, beta-adrenergic stimulation is incriminated as a mechanism leading to tremor and probably also to chorea; indeed, both respond well to beta-blockers.
3.How will you differentiate swelling in diffuse and Multinodular Goitre??
A:If the thyroid gland enlarge diffusely, it is named diffuse goiter
. If there are one or more nodules in thyroid, which were transformed with different shape and/or function compared to the normal gland, it is defined as nodular goiter.
4.How will you treat this case??
A:
Radioactive iodine therapy

Anti-thyroid medicationsThyroidectomy

5. What all are the causes for graves disease??
A: Inflammation of gland 
Autoimmune disorder
Infections Bacterial and Viral
6. What complications will rise if you do complete thyroidectomy??
A: Low parathyroid hormone levels.Hypocalcemia and recurrent laryngeal nerve injury.Permanent hoarse or weak voice due to nerve damage to the vocal cords.
